MENTORING COMMUNITY

Welcome to online mentoring at the University of Sydney

This online mentoring program is designed for alumni to mentor students or other alumni in relation to their career development and for all parties to enjoy the widely-recognised benefits that mentoring brings.

Become a mentor

Who can be a mentor?

Anyone who is a University of Sydney graduate and has successfully completed the online Mentor Readiness Questionnaire can become a mentor.

Alumni need no previous mentoring experience - simply a desire to help a student or another alumnus, and the willingness to share their time and life experience on a mutually agreed basis.

You must first log in to AlumniOnline, then click on Become a mentor.

Benefits of being a mentor

Mentoring provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the career development of a student or fellow alumnus by sharing knowledge you have acquired through years of experience.

As a mentor you can gain many benefits

Become a mentee
